CONSULTANT SOLICITORS
We are looking for Senior Solicitors / Partners / Sole Practitioners who are seeking a more enhanced work/life balance.
In 2016, we are looking to expand our service offering through the addition of Consultant Solicitors in the areas of Employment, Company Commercial, Family, Commercial Property, Private Client, Private Wealth, Corporate or any other commercial or niche discipline.
You will manage your own caseload of files, built up through the following you will bring with you. You will have the flexibility to choose your own hours and to utilise the well-located office premises of the firm in South West London (Putney) and Surrey (Caterham and Epsom). You will also be rewarded for referrals of work to other teams within the firm.
Applications are encouraged from Senior Solicitors or Partners who have had a successful career path within a leading law firm and can demonstrate a clear business plan and/or fee pipeline. IT and administrative support is on offer.
Salary:
Uncapped - take at least 50% of the fees you generate
Location:
London (Putney), Caterham or Epsom
Qualifications:
5+ PQE

INTERNSHIP
At Posada & Co, we recognise that choosing the right career is a daunting decision. For those of you who would prefer to gain some first-hand experience of life in a law firm before applying for a Training Contract, then our Internship Program can offer you just that.
Our internship program is for a duration of 10 weeks and you will gain first-hand experience in the various areas of law the firm provides. We will be recruiting on a rolling basis, so we strongly advise that you get your application in early in order to be considered.
Spring Internship: March to May
Summer Internship: June to August
Winter Internship: December to February
