Private Client & Commercial Property
Alexa advises on a wide range of issues relating to wills, probate, inheritance tax, estate planning and powers of attorney. She also deals with both residential and commercial property transactions including purchases, sales, lease negotiations and commercial licences to assign, deeds of surrender, etc.
Alexa studied Commerce at McMaster University in Canada (2015) and Law at University of London (2018). She joined Posada & Co as a paralegal whilst completing the LPC at BPP Law School in London and began her training contract shortly after. Alexa qualified as a Solicitor in March 2021.
Based in Tooting, Alexa enjoys running, reading, and unwinding with a Babycham, because some classics never go out of style.
Private Client Executive
Charne specialises in Private Client Law. In particular, Charne manages a diverse caseload involving estate administration, drafting wills , Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), Deeds of Variation, Trusts and Probate Application matters. She is recognised for her meticulous attention to detail, strong client care, and ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively.
Charne read law at the University of Free State, completed her Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London.
Outside of work, Charné is a self-proclaimed extreme colouring enthusiast. She’s also an avid traveller, hoping to tick off as many countries as possible, all while perfecting her signature pancake flip (a skill she insists will one day be an Olympic event). When she’s not jet-setting, she can be found bike riding, devouring a good book, or dominating the virtual world in her latest gaming conquest.
Junior Associate - Litigation and Property (QWE)
Daniel joined Posada & Co in 2020 as a Legal Assistant. Currently, Daniel assists our clients in the areas of dispute resolution (litigation), residential property, private client and family matters.
Daniel read History at Portsmouth University and is currently undertaking the SQE course to pursue his ambition to be a lawyer.
Outside of work Daniel enjoys playing football, supports Liverpool FC and is a part-time semi-professional bee keeper.
Founding & Managing Partner
With experience at a city firm in Sydney, a Legal 200 heavyweight, and a boutique West End firm, Delfin brings deep expertise in Commercial Property and Private Client Law. He advises on capital and inheritance tax planning, trusts, estates, and long-term care, as well as tax-efficient wills and probate, including complex cross-border estates.
He also supports small business owners, landlords, and investors with property transactions, leases, and commercial matters. Passionate about helping clients plan for the future, Delfin ensures clarity in both business and personal affairs.
Based in Surrey with his wife and daughter, he spends his free time on the sidelines of a tennis court, hockey pitch, or netball court, managing his daughter’s sporting career while squeezing in travel whenever possible.

Elena is a dedicated paralegal at Posada & Co, specialising in property and private client matters. She assists with residential transactions, estate administration, wills, and probate, working closely with Alexa Beraldo to ensure smooth case management and clear, practical client support.
With a keen eye for detail and a client-first approach, Elena makes complex legal matters feel more accessible. Whether handling property transactions or estate planning, she delivers efficient, high-quality assistance with professionalism and care.
Originally from Italy, Elena is a passionate ski enthusiast who feels just as at home on the slopes of the Alps as she does in the office. When she’s not navigating legal intricacies, she’s carving through fresh powder, always chasing the next perfect run.
Family Law and Dispute Resolution Solicitor
Etain is a lawyer at Posada & Co specialising in Family Law and Dispute Resolution. In particular, Etain specialises in surrogacy law having dealt with court applications under the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 2008, with a 100% record of obtaining Parental Orders in the High Court.
Etain read law at Oxford Brookes University and completed her masters degree at the University of Law.
Outside the courtroom, Etain swaps legal briefs for tennis rackets, regularly taking to the court in pursuit of the perfect backhand. She’s also an avid traveller, always on the lookout for her next adventure, and a committed charity volunteer, giving back to causes close to her heart. Whether she’s serving justice or serving aces, Etain brings the same level of dedication and precision to everything she does.

Practice Manager - Caterham Office
Harpreet is a Senior Conveyancer with over a decade of expertise in sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, enfranchisement, and new builds. Known for her proactive, results-driven approach, she ensures smooth transactions and top-tier client service. She currently heads the firm’s Caterham Office, bringing her expertise to the local community.
A Middlesex University graduate with an LLB and BA in Law and Psychology, Harpreet combines legal acumen with a keen understanding of people.
Outside of work, she’s a fine dining enthusiast and travel lover, always on the hunt for her next great meal or getaway. When not exploring new cuisines, she enjoys quality time with her family in South London.

Kayla is the backbone of Posada & Co, ensuring everything runs smoothly with her efficiency, professionalism, and unshakable organisation. As an Office Coordinator, she manages our Wandsworth Common office’s day-to-day operations seamlessly, while also providing invaluable paralegal support to Delfin Posada and assisting with legal and notarial clients. Her expertise also extends to the family law department, showcasing her versatility and dedication.

Paralegal and Notary Clerk
Mateo joined Posada & Co in 2023 after achieving a first-class honours degree in Law from the Open University.
Mateo is the primary point of contact for all our clients, both new and existing. He is always happy to assist with any enquiries or requests. Mateo is passionate about his work and is committed to providing his clients with the highest quality of service. Mateo frequently works with our notary clients, assisting them with their notarial enquiries, obtaining apostilles at the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office or embassy attestation.
Outside of work, Mateo follows La Liga and is a huge Valencia fan. He also enjoys reading fantasy novels, playing tennis and extreme ironing. He is also fluent in Spanish, conversational in Italian and is learning Portuguese.
Solicitor – Residential Conveyancing & Lease Extensions
Nicole joined Posada & Co Solicitors in January 2021 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2024. She specialises in residential conveyancing and lease extensions, with a particular focus on properties affected by the Building Safety Act 2022. She advises clients on buying, selling, and refinancing homes impacted by building safety regulations, ensuring a smooth and informed process.
Nicole studied law at the University of Glasgow and the University of Auckland before completing the SQE to qualify as a lawyer in England and Wales.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, watching football, and hunting Pokémon. Originally from Scotland, she is a passionate Celtic fan.

Nikita is a Partner at Posada & Co and deals with a wide range of Property matters such as Residential Conveyancing, New Build Purchases, Off The Plan Purchases, Help To Buy, Buy To Let, Shared Ownership, Remortgages, Lease Extensions and Freehold Enfranchisement.
Nikita read English at Loughborough University and completed her Graduate Diploma in Law at the University of Law. She joined Posada & Co in 2015 as a paralegal. She trained and qualified at Posada & Co and now heads our Property Department.
Nikita lives in North London with her husband. In her spare time, Nikita enjoys reading, baking and travelling.
Client Relations and Office Coordinator (Putney)
As the first face you see at our Putney office, Nura ensures clients feel instantly at ease, handling calls, appointments, and office operations with effortless charm and efficiency. Whether juggling a packed schedule or offering a reassuring smile, she keeps everything running smoother than a well-oiled espresso machine.
With a background in client service and administration, Nura is the glue that holds the office together. Fluent in Arabic and Kurdish, she’s also our unofficial in-house language maestro, effortlessly assisting a diverse range of clients.
Outside of work, she’s a badminton ninja, a globetrotter in training, and (rumour has it) on the verge of creating the next great ceramic masterpiece (if only the pottery wheel would cooperate). Until then, she’s perfecting her craft one slightly wonky vase at a time.
Legal Finance and Accounts Manager
Sarah oversees the financial operations of the firm with precision and expertise. She brings a wealth of experience in legal finance, compliance, and accounts management, ensuring that our financial processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Sarah plays a key role in maintaining the financial integrity of the firm. She is committed to accuracy, transparency, and best practices in legal finance, supporting both our internal team and our clients.
When she’s not working, she can often be found transforming furniture, tackling ambitious DIY projects, or lending her creative touch to friends' home renovations. Armed with a power drill in one hand and a spreadsheet in the other, Sarah is proof that finance and flair go hand in hand.
Dispute Resolution and Litigation Lawyer
Syeda read law at Liverpool John Moores University. She completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Manchester. Over the past ten years, she has gained extensive experience in various areas of dispute resolution such as personal injury, property disputes, inheritance disputes, immigration, commercial, and criminal matters.
Syeda has conducted her own advocacy for various cases at County Courts and First-Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber). She is dedicated to providing excellent service to clients and ensuring their cases are handled efficiently and effectively.
Syeda is trilingual in English, Bengali, and Urdu. During her free time, she enjoys socialising with friends and family, going to the gym, hiking, and hosting events and parties. Syeda is also involved as a lead head for an organisation called Al Buraj Press and loves to travel abroad. Syeda, an ardent Manchester United supporter, fondly reminisces about the glory days when the Red Devils consistently secured a place in the top 4.
Property Paralegal
Zahira joined Posada and Co in 2022 as a Paralegal. She assists our clients in different areas of law, specifically, Dispute Resolution, Private Client and Residential Property. She dabbles in copywriting and is an active contributor to the firm’s social media content.
Zahira studied Law at the University of Surrey. Zahira aspires to be a Real Estate Lawyer and plans to qualify as a Solicitor in England and Wales through the SQE route.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, playing tennis, and exploring North London’s hidden gems. And when she’s not doing that? You’ll probably find her quoting “Friends” episodes with alarming accuracy—because, much like property law, it’s all about knowing your rights... and PIVOT!
Consultant Lawyer & Head of Family
Parul has over 30 years experience in all aspects of family law, having graduated from the London School of Economics in 1980 and subsequently qualifying in 1984.
She advises clients on all aspects of family law including divorce, separation, financial and property settlements and matters involving children. Parul is known for providing practical, constructive and cost effective advice to minimise distress at what can be a highly distressing time for clients.
Parul also advises on pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements and wills and property transfers within matrimonial matters.
Parul is an active member of ‘Resolution’ and has featured on ‘News At Ten’ in respect of family law. She has knowledge of several languages including Hindi, Gujarati & Urdu.
In her spare time, Parul enjoys spending time with her grandchild. She also likes to try new adventures such as para-sailing and attending live football matches.
