The length of the remortgage will depend on the special conditions imposed by your Lender. For example, your Lender may require certain credit card debts are paid first before you can draw down the mortgage. They may require a particular type of search or they may even require a specialist survey.
Once everything is in place (i.e. all the special conditions have been satisfied), we can complete your mortgage within 1 to 2 weeks depending on the lender’s ability to draw down the funds. For example, some lender require 10 days notice to draw down funds.
